Washington County Democrats will host the Nominating Convention to replace former Rep. Suzanne Bonamici who was recently sworn in as a state senator. She resigned from the House seat to accept the appointment.
Democratic Precinct Committee Persons (PCPs) from House District 34 are eligible to vote to recommend nominees to replace Bonamici in the House. The final selection comes from the Washington County Board of Commissioners. Whoever is selected will face an election in November. All Democratic PCP’s from House District 34 should attend the convention.
Persons attending the convention should use Event Parking.
